We have started production by commissioning Busmat line at first step in our twin factories in Gölcük. In our new factory, Busmat production lines and production support units(planning, logistics ,maintenance, etc) were gathered under a single roof, in order to ensure raw material, semi-product and stock management from a single place.
In the new layout, a more efficient line flow was created by eliminating production losses due to the semi-product transport. For this, a manipulator was placed on each CNC machine for material loading and unloading, and operator movements were minimized with a structuring suitable for ergonomics. Thus, while providing convenience for the operators to transport parts, time losses during loading and unloading were prevented.
In the new factory, by bringing together Blank and CNC lines and ensuring the line flow benefits in stock management control were provided. In the new order, the floor board parts of which CNC machining completed, are directly loaded on the conveyor belt and transported to the brushing unit, and then the product is turned into finished product by being drawn on the plotter machine. Thus, error-free and efficient production is ensured by using less space and waste is prevented.
