Celebrating our 46th anniversary, we held our year-end event on 7 December 2024 at Merinos Atatürk Congress and Culture Centre. Our event started with the opening speech of our Chairman of the Board of Directors Âli Kerem Alptemoçin.

At the event, we presented seniority awards to our employees who completed their 25th, 20th and 15th years. Our foundation students performed the guitar choir and the lyric choir with the theme of ‘Millions of Atatürk’, which were specially prepared for the event. The event ended with songs performed by our holding choir.

On January 8, 2026, Stellantis officials visited our Formfleks Gölcük Factory. During the visit, mutual discussions were held on new projects and potential collaborations that could be developed between Formfleks and Stellantis in the coming period.

Our Chairman of the Board, Mr. Ali Kerem Alptemoçin, has been elected as Vice President at the 47th Ordinary General Assembly of the Bursa Industrialists and Businessmen Association (BUSİAD).
