Ford Otosan Suppliers Summit 2023, organized by Ford Otosan was held with the theme of “The Future is Now”, on May 3, 2023.

Our Chairman of the Board of Directors, Âli Kerem Alptemoçin, our Vice Chairman, Mert Bekler and our Formfleks Leader Devrim Zümrütkaya attended the summit on behalf of Formfleks. As Formfleks, we received Bronze Star at the event where high-performing suppliers of 2022 were rewarded.

On January 8, 2026, Stellantis officials visited our Formfleks Gölcük Factory. During the visit, mutual discussions were held on new projects and potential collaborations that could be developed between Formfleks and Stellantis in the coming period.

Our Chairman of the Board, Mr. Ali Kerem Alptemoçin, has been elected as Vice President at the 47th Ordinary General Assembly of the Bursa Industrialists and Businessmen Association (BUSİAD).
